(text-color:blue)[B] got [[detention]] for disagreeing an opinion with a teacher

(text-color:yellow)[A] got [[detention]] for skipping practice

(text-color:green)[CC] got [[detention]] for disrupting the class

(text-color:purple)[HQ] got [[detention]] for missing assignments

And (text-color:orange)[R] got [[detention]] for vandalism in the school bathroom

They along with B’s teacher were the [[only ones]] in the school building after janitors left for the day.

It was [[Halloween]], and it was already dark by 5pm

They [[shared]] the spray paint and ran around the dark, empty halls

They get to the hall where the [[teacher’s bathroom]] was

And when they got [[there]]

They saw [[the teacher]]

Drowned in a pool of (text-color:red) [[blood]]

Throat slashed and (text-color:red)[[red footprints]] leading to a dark corner

(text-color:purple)[HQ] screams and (text-color:blue)[B] started to [[cry]]

(text-color:orange)[R] never saw something more [[terrifying]]

The dark corner made a [[sound]]

And the group started to [[run]]

Towards the [[forest]] behind the football field

[[They split up]]

[[Suddenly]]

Her hair was [[pulled back]]

And aggressive, dry hands wrapped around her [[neck]]

Her panicked breathing was not enough for her to get oxygen to the [[brain]]

The (text-color:red)[[murderer]] collapses on the ground

Behind where he used to stand was (text-color:purple)[HQ] who threw a rock to the [[skull]]

The others [[found them]]

(text-color:purple)[[“He’s not breathing, am I going to jail?” ]]

(text-color:yellow)[[“No you’re not”]]

(text-color:green)[[“You both have blood on your shirts, teacher’s blood”]]

(text-color:orange)[R] and (text-color:yellow)[A] tell (text-color:purple)[HQ] and (text-color:blue)[B] to take off their shirts and wear their [[jackets]]

(text-color:orange)[R] burns the shirts in a trash can, (text-color:green)[CC] sneaks back into the school office to [[delete]] the school camera footage

(text-color:green)[CC] calls 911 using a [[voice disguiser]]

(text-color:yellow)[[“No one else saw what we saw, we’re not guilty. This will stay between us.” ]]

[[They never got detention again.]]
